1. Streamline traffic;

2. Elevated /underground highways for through traffic,

3. Scientific management of various types of waste,

4. All new roads should be four or six lanes,

5. Don’t allow mutistoryed buildings unless traffic issues are sorted out.
6. Metro train for reducing dependence on vehicular traffic.
7. think of New Gurugram.
In short, massive overhaul of road infrastructure & traffic management.” ,I hope that govt will consider this,Tailpiece.A large number of retired Engineers and officers are member of NGO headed by me “ Citizens for Responsibility,Accountability and Transparency “in governance .
