Arnab Goswami is a well-known name in journalism. However, Gurugram-based RTI activist Harinder Dhingra claims to have had a bitter experience with his style of journalism.
Quoting Dhingra:
“My bitter experience with Republic TV, run by Mr. Arnab Goswami:
Two senior correspondents, Ms. Rhythm Bhardwaj and Ms. Shweta Kothari, contacted me on 22 March 2017. They visited my residence on 23 March 2017 along with a large crew and conducted a lengthy interview.
They were seeking information regarding the #Suryavinayak fraud involving more than ₹2,000 crore, which I had exposed and pursued with the CBI, ED, and SFIO. I shared all the information that I had collected through RTI over three years of work.
Republic TV has been on air for a years , but there is still no sign of the story being aired.
I leave it to my friends to guess the reason and decide how low Mr. Arnab Goswami can stoop.
