Our post CJI। calls Social media and RTI activists “ as parasites “ has evoked widespread response critical of Chief Justice for his comments.Firebrand Rohtak based lawyer and humans rights activist Pardeep Malik and activist Rajiv Vats has expressed their views.Pardeep Malik “Litigation for senior designation…no no no.
The more you bend your spine before My Lords the better chances you have.
Well Cockroaches and parasites do find their place among us lawyers. But the same is true for the Bench even.
What will you call a judge who promotes and eulogies a communal organisation.
What will you call a judge where currency is burnt.
What will you call the cash at door judge.
And above all what will you call a judge who says he was enlightened by God while he passed judgement on Ram Temple Babri Masjid case.
And if someone is courageous enough to make a complaint, it hits the concrete wall of protectors.
And what to say about our politicians.
The most smart cockroaches and most persistent parasites.
I dare My Lord to tell these politicians and judges too that there are cockroaches and parasites among you too.
Well, My Lord is a highly eloquent person with a vocabulary par excellence but for once I will have to say his choice of words was not right.”Rajiv Vats “Honourable Justice Surya Kant occupies a position of immense dignity and responsibility. The Chief Justice of India is the face of the Indian judiciary. Every word spoken by the Chief Justice influences the direction and condition of the country’s justice system. His words often become precedents. Therefore, every statement should be made with careful thought and consideration.
However, the kind of remarks he made regarding unemployed youth are not only disappointing but also deeply condemnable. I strongly oppose this statement, and even if I have to face contempt proceedings for expressing this view, I am prepared for it.”
