ऐलनाबाद, 14 जनवरी( एम पी भार्गव): मेरा युवा भारत (युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार) सिरसा के तत्वावधान में 12 व 13 जनवरी को शहीद भगत सिंह खेल परिसर, सिरसा में जिला स्तरीय खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता में जिले के ब्लॉक स्तरीय खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं के विजेता खिलाड़ियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। दो दिवसीय इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य युवाओं में खेल भावना को प्रोत्साहित करना, प्रतिभाओं को मंच प्रदान करना तथा स्वस्थ एवं सक्रिय जीवनशैली के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना रहा।
इस जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में विभिन्न खेल स्पर्धाओं का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में जिला खेल अधिकारी श्री जगदीप उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए कहा कि खेल न केवल शारीरिक विकास के लिए आवश्यक हैं, बल्कि अनुशासन, टीम भावना और आत्मविश्वास भी विकसित करते हैं। उन्होंने मेरा युवा भारत, सिरसा द्वारा किए जा रहे प्रयासों की सराहना की और भविष्य में ऐसे आयोजनों को निरंतर आयोजित करने का आह्वान किया। इस अवसर पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हैंडबॉल खिलाड़ी संदीप गुच्छा भी उपस्थित रहे।
लंबी कूद (पुरुष वर्ग) में आर्यन ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया, जबकि सुमित द्वितीय और अभिषेक तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। लंबी कूद (महिला वर्ग) में अमनदीप ने प्रथम स्थान हासिल किया और शीतल ने द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किया व तृतीय स्थान मंजू ने प्राप्त किया । 400 मीटर दौड़ (पुरुष वर्ग) में रानियां के नसीम अख्तर ने प्रथम स्थान, खारी सुरेरां के प्रदीप ने द्वितीय स्थान तथा जितेंद्र ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त कर अपनी प्रतिभा का परिचय दिया। वहीं 400 मीटर दौड़ (महिला वर्ग) में उड़ान स्पोर्ट्स एकेडमी खारी सुरेरा की मंजू व अनीशा ने प्रथम व द्वितीय स्थान, और सुमन ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया।
टीम खेलों में भी खिलाड़ियों ने बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन किया। खो-खो प्रतियोगिता में टीम धोलपालिया ऐलनाबाद ने शानदार खेल दिखाते हुए विजेता का खिताब अपने नाम किया व द्वितीय स्थान सर छोटू राम स्कूल रानियां की टीम द्वितीय स्थान पर रही। वॉलीबॉल प्रतियोगिता में टीम रूपावास ने दमदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए विजेता बनने का गौरव हासिल किया व द्वितीय स्थान पर सी.आर.एस एकेडमी रही।
प्रतियोगिता के समापन अवसर पर विजेता खिलाड़ियों और टीमों को पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया। मेरा युवा भारत, सिरसा से मौजूद जिला युवा अधिकारी श्री धनपत ने कहा कि खेल हमें स्वस्थ शरीर के साथ-साथ टीमवर्क और नेतृत्व का गुण सिखाते हैं।इस प्रकार के आयोजनों से युवा सकारात्मक ऊर्जा के साथ आगे बढ़ते हैं। मैं सभी खिलाड़ियों को उज्ज्वल भविष्य और उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए शुभकामनाएँ देता हूँ।
