Whistle blower Karan Dalal ex Haryana minister writes to Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court- Issue of provisional promotion to “Tainted “ HCS officers as IAS by Haryana govt.In his letter Dalal has requested for constituting of a Division Bench to adjudicate CWP no 153909 of 2002 titled Karan Dalal V/s State of Haryana & others praying for setting aside the selection of HCS (Executive)of 2002 batch.Dalal has pointed out that although their names are being sent back by the UPSC on account of pendency of the above said proceedings.However,despite these adverse reports , they have now managed to get the promotion provisionally.Dalal has urged that constitution of Special bench is necessary to decide above petition and FIR registered at Vigilance Buearo Hisar.Dalal has pointed out that irregularities were conducted in recruitment process at the instance of then CM,O.P.Chautala and his close associates who were at the helm
of affairs at that time .Dalal has alleged that said selection process was just a farce to select and accommodate the influential people who were closely related to the high ups of then political regime headed by then CM,Chautala ..The honble justice Singhvi bench of Supreme Court has held that High court shall decide the case at the earliest and meanwhile no judicial or non judicial body shall pass any order.How UPSC is floating the orders of Supreme Court,by giving provision promotion as IAS.
