Gustakhi Maaf Haryana- Pawan Kumar Bansal
Reality of Jindal Reality Kurukshetra.By our enlightened reader Vinod Bhatia retired IFS officer Haryana.Hoax of Jindal Realty I feel deeply disappointed with my experience as a buyer at Jindal Realty’s Kurukshetra Galleria Mall. When I initially invested, the promises were grand—vibrant retail spaces, excellent visibility, and a thriving commercial hub that would attract crowds and ensure strong returns. The glossy brochures and enthusiastic sales pitches painted a picture of a bustling shopping complex, complete with trendy outlets, cultural events, and modern amenities. It all seemed like a golden opportunity to invest in a prime location in Kurukshetra. However, after purchasing a retail space, the reality has been far from what was promised. Jindal Realty’s support for buyers like me has been minimal at best. There’s little to no effort on their part to promote the mall or help drive foot traffic, which is critical for businesses to succeed. The vibrant atmosphere they advertised feels nonexistent, with many spaces still unoccupied and the mall struggling to attract consistent visitors. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance or updates on their promotional plans, but the response has been vague or dismissive, leaving me to fend for myself in trying to make this investment work. It’s frustrating to feel like the company’s focus was solely on securing the sale, with little regard for supporting buyers afterward. The lack of follow-through on their promises has made it difficult to see the value in my investment, and I’m left questioning whether Jindal Realty is truly committed to the success of Kurukshetra Galleria Mall or its buyers. This experience has been a hard lesson in the gap between lofty promises and actual delivery.
