When concerns over alleged illegal collections and inadequate public facilities surfaced, Dr Bommanahalli Babu chose to visit the market and hear directly from those affected.
During his interaction with vendors on July 7, farmers and traders raised concerns about unauthorised collections and the absence of essential amenities, including drinking water, sanitation facilities and adequate shelter.
