Belatedly authority woke up from deep slumber-At last today DC,Gurugram asked DTP for report-Issue of encroachment on Revenue Road (Khasra No 740 ) by Corona Optus Society.Earlier RAW sector -37 President: Luxmi Devi

Vice President: Suresh Barak ,and

General Secretary: Vishal Ahlawat ran from pillar to post for getting justice but none listened to them.Tailpiece.list of petitions which went unheard.Since November 2023, the RWA of HUDA Plot, Sector 37C, Gurugram has been actively pursuing the removal of an illegal encroachment on a revenue road located in Sector 37C. Despite consistent efforts, the issue remains unresolved, and public access to the road continues to be completely blocked.

The encroachment has been carried out by Corona Optus society, which has constructed a red brick boundary wall over the revenue road, effectively closing it off for public use. Additionally, a park has been developed on this public land and is currently being used exclusively by the society, raising serious concerns about the unauthorized privatization of government land.

Over the past several months, the RWA has approached multiple authorities—HSVP/HUDA, MCG, GMDA, the CM Window, and the Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram—to highlight the issue and demand appropriate action. Unfortunately, no concrete steps have been taken to address or resolve the matter.

The RWA has submitted several written applications along with supporting documents to the concerned departments, including:

Application submitted to HSVP Estate Office I – November 2023

Patwari Report confirming the land belongs to MCG, along with the Revenue Road Site Demarcation Report

Online complaint filed with GMDA Enforcement – December 2024

Written application to GMDA Enforcement – January 2025

Reminder application to GMDA – March 2025

Second reminder to GMDA – March 2025

Written complaint submitted to CM Samadhan Portal – March 2025

Written complaint submitted to the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram

Despite this extensive trail of documentation and follow-ups, no action has been taken so far to restore the rightful public access to the revenue road. This continued inaction raises serious concerns about transparency, enforcement, and accountability—especially when it comes to protecting public land from private misuse.

With no resolution in sight, the RWA is now planning to escalate the matter to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, and is seeking his immediate and decisive intervention.

This is no longer just an issue for Sector 37C—it serves as a warning of how public assets can be quietly encroached upon if timely action is not taken by the relevant authorities.
