Will not let anyone defamed institution:CJI on NCERT Bøok having chapter on Corruption in Judiciary.Talking strong note CJ Surya Kant said that it seems to be very calculated and deep rooted. Me lord like you every citizen of the country held Judiciary in high esteem but what is the role of Supreme Court in maintaining its image.What was the role of Supreme Court when huge cash was recovered from official residence of Delhi High Court Judge? Me lord it is the duty of Supreme Court also to maintain its integrity and clean image.Now CJ will hear the case and under pressure NCERT has stopped sale of its 8th Class Social Science textbook that had a chapter “Corruption in the Judiciary “.Mr Chief Justice now the book has been withdrawn and NCERT will feel sorry but it is your duty to come out with clear policy to deal with the cases of corruption in Judiciary.
