.By Brham Dev Sharma.The removal of Alok Sharma. a dedicated and sincere leader of the Congress, from the office of Secretary and also associate Incharge of Punjab State , by the Congress dispensation other day has been strongly criticized by the right thinking persons in the Congress and also in the Media and described it a handiwork of sleeper cells at the top.and are also hand in glove with the leaders of the mighty BJP.and are also responsible for the deteriorating position of the Congress over the years.This definately surprised me that which sleepers cells Rahul Gandhi speaks, when he himself is surrounded by them.Why he is kind enough on them and is ignoring the repeated media reports and utterances ofthe committed Congress workers.Is there something fishy.Why they are being protected.Are they above the party which people use to trust in the past.Does the sessions and meetings being organised by the party to galvnised it, latest in the series, at Ahmedabad in Gujrat are not an eye wash as nothing concrete has emerged from them.How party will be strengthened at the grass root level when selection of district and State level functionaries is being made by the sleeps cell. One powerful name is taking round in the Media but those who matter in the party have turned their eyes.Why ? People are also now questioning this.Not.one there are also some other who do not allow to reach the right information to the high up, rather misrepresent it .If Congress High Command will not take the right course to discourage such sleepers cells, it will be a distant dream for the party to come to power bywresting the power from the BJP. Which is all powerful. Only.and.only, way for it is to encourage those leaders who are sincere for the party and notfor themselves .and also their friends in other political parties for their personal interests.All efforts being made by the Rahul Gandhi to revive the Congress Party are not going to bear the fruits till such sleeper cells at the top are there .
