उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि परिवार का साथ न मिलने के कारण उन्होंने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज नहीं कराई। मोनालिसा ने सरकार से मदद की गुहार लगाते हुए कहा कि अगर उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिला तो वे आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठाने को मजबूर हो सकती हैं।
हालांकि, इन आरोपों पर अभी तक सनोज मिश्रा की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई है। यह मामला अब महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में शोषण जैसे गंभीर मुद्दों को फिर से चर्चा में ला रहा है।
