Flashback 2014 Manohar Lal totally inexperienced becomes CM,Haryana.Within few hours of his taking first order of transfer was of Vikas Dhankad.A powerful cabinet colleague of Manohar Lal has made it his prestige issue to get SP transferred.Minister got annoyed with SP during just concluded State assembly elections.Minister requested Manohar Lal for transfer of SP.And Manohar lal has phobia of IAS & IPS officers that they can’t be transferred so easily and hurriedly.So he avoided but the Minister repeated his request again.Manohar Lal had not appointed his CS and PS etc .Old team of Bhupinder Singh Hooda was working.
