Haryana cadre retired IAS officer Ankur Gupta appointed Chairman of Haryana Environment assessment Authority – Earlier name of Devinder Kalyan IRS brother of Haryana assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan was rejected by Union government on the ground that he does not meet eligibility requirements.
