Congratulations to Harsh Bhanwala on being conferred the Honorary PhD (Honoris Causa) by his alma mater, ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute.

A distinguished banker and rural development expert, he served as Chairman of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, strengthening rural credit and development finance systems. He also played a key role in launching the Dairy Processing and Infrastructure Development Fund to modernize India’s dairy sector.

This honour reflects his significant contributions to rural development, financial inclusion, and farmers’ welfare.
