Forest Minister Rao Narbir Singh failed to protect forests- Gurugram citizens to protest in-front his Gurugram residence tomorrow.They have formed organisation “Gurugram Citizens Against Tree Feeling “.They are demanding to save the last green patch for the city in sector 54 DLF Phase 5 and stoping of felling of trees by a real estste giant in the area Besides to check butchering of wild-life in Gurugram by same real estate giant.Besides stopping if destruction of the water bodies and prevent cities from becoming heat chambers.According to a report by the Forest Survey of India,Haryana’s tree showed a phenomenal decline from 1565 sq km to 1425sq km between October 2019 and February 2020.GMDA and MCG has miserably failed to check rampant tree feeling .DATE OF PROTEST – 11TH JUNE, Opp Forest minister Rao Narbir jis office
