Cheated by Unitech builder under Haryana govt patronage-Supreme Court appointed board of directors headed by Haryana retired IAS Yudhvir Singh Malik gave relief to homebuyers.
Seen in picture are victims of Unitech builder and yours truly.He cheated thousands of homebuyers under patronage of Haryana Government.Now they have got relief’ as Supreme Court appointed board of directors headed by Yudhvir Singh Malik Haryana cadre retired IAS officer conducted Buumi Poojan of two projects-Vistas in Sector 70 and Sunbrezze in sector 69 Gurugram on Saturday. Homebuyers had lost all hopes of getting flats as none including the Haryana CM Manohar Lal listened to their pain.Few years back Manohar Lal had assured the flat buyers that he will take action but the builder approached the top Leadership of BJP and Manohar Lal was given dressing down.In Unitech Gurugram office bouncers will not allow victims to meet its directors.
Not only this earlier Gurugram Police escort was deployed outside the office of Unitech.Once I was prevented by Police.I had raised the demand of forensic audit of Unitech.Tailpiece.I had met Yudhvir Singh Malik only yesterday at Bhoomi Poojan of above mentioned projects and the way he talked to homebuyers they were hopeful that now they will get justice.Malik responded to every query of homebuyers to their satisfaction and to my utter surprise he explained each and every details as how he got environment and Pollution Control Clearance even using personal contacts without use of laptop as everything was on his tips.Malik told that he will make all efforts to ensure that homebuyers get possession of homes for which they are waiting for decades.Sunita a homebuyer told that now we are hopeful of getting homes.
His tenure in NHAI was remarkable.My friends in Haryana also told me about working of Yudhvir Singh Malik. In nutshell, officers like Yudhvir Singh are real ASSET to the Nation & raise her high in the estimation of public in general and Govt. in particular.But I reserve my comments about Ashok Yadav retired Haryana IAS currently holding post of Chief Executive Officor of the Board.I know style and functioning of Yadav since when he was DC Rohtak enjoying patronage of sibling of then CM.
