Wait over -Our appeal against judgement of NGT(Encroachment of Forest Land by Ambeiance Infrastructure Ltd Gurugram) listed for hearing in Supreme Court on 06-01-26 in Court No I as item No 4 in Court of Chief Justice of Supreme Court.

Wait over -Our appeal against judgement of National Green Tribunal (Encroachment of Forest Land by Ambeiance Infrastructure Ltd Gurugram) listed for hearing in Supreme Court on 06-01-26 in Court No I as item No 4.Myself and my friend RK Sharma retired IFS officer Haryana had filed writ in National Green Tribunal alleging that Ambeiance Infrastructure Ltd Gurugram has encroached upon about four thousand meter Forest land and had made construction on it .This land is on Sikandarpur bund and encroachment has blocked the flow of rainy water from Aravallis to Nazafdarh drain resulting in floods in Gurugram every year .We have argued our case in NGT ourselves.Writ was admitted and after arguments all of sudden it was dismissed on the ground that it was time barred.Million dollars question is was it time barred then why it was admitted?Any how only options before us was to challenge the order in Supreme Court.Now our hopes are on Supreme Court which has recently given historical judgement of staying its earlier orders of 100 meters hight criteria for consideration of hill in Aravallis.Like NGT we will argue our case ourselves in Supreme Court as we can’t afford the fees of Lawyers.Tailpiece.Haryana govt had filed case in Environment Court Faridabad but a decade back case was withdrawn during tenure of Manohar Lal as CM due to pressure of one of his cabinet colleague.
