Spineless IAS Officers of Haryana -dancing to the tune of political bosses ,not constitutional boss but one who is running the govt from via remote control from Delhi-Issue of marching orders to Municipal Corporation Manesar officer for not obliging politically influential contractor.Head of the department,Principal Secretary and Chief Principal Secretary are supposed to brief the boss about true facts of the case even if he dislikes.But shockingly in above case all the senior officers who were supposed to protect junior colleague miserably failed in discharge of their duty following the policy “ Save the laguage and kill the conscience.”Tailpiece.Lust of post retirement assignment has killed their conscience.During my five decades stint as an investigative journalist I have never seen such degradation of Senior IAS officers.
