Gustakhi Maaf Haryana-Pawan Kumar Bansal.

Police Officers often caught in cross fire as being from disciplined force they can’t share with media- Issue of acquittal of ,19 followers of Ram Rahim for lack of evidence.Ajay Kumar,CJM,Panchkula while acquitting the accused reportedly wrote “Despite the serious allegations, none of the 27 witnesses-including key officials-identified any of the accused in the court.Similarly, both DIG Sangeeta Kalia and Dr Sarita Malik Duty Magistrate.,whose testimonies were vital ,failed to recognise anyone from among the accused .Both Officers could not be contacted to know their versions .However information gathered from several sources revealed that on fateful day they tried their best to control the violence and loss to property was minimised .One of the lady Officer was discharging her duties with her five months baby in the official vehicle.

Tailpiece.Some questions remained unanswered.

Were these officials remained part of Investigating team or just law and order controlling authorities on the spot temporarily.

Who made all arrests and further paper trails, these Officers or some other teams.

Was the Investigation remained a fair trail of facts or twisted to something else.:::

Who were so competent Investigating Officers, one by one all cases are falling flat.

Who was responsible for collection and coroboration of facts to prove truth in court. What happened to all digital evidences etc.

Which agency was Investigating these cases local panchkula police or some special team.

The Officers who shown extraordinary courage and controlled extreme damage to the public property. They not only tried best and did best and controlled violence and saved so many lives from disaster.

Again one more question as why followers from far off places like Sirsa were allowed to reach Panchkula.Did state CID had informed that followers could turn violent and if yes then why they were not stopped in outskirts of Panchkula because on basis of my five decades reporting of Haryana Police I can say firmly that it is very difficult for the Police to control the blind followers without use of brutal force which again have put them in trouble considering the political clout of the followers.Had political leadership taken some initiative instead of putting everything on Police perhaps situation could have been controlled in a better way.Lastly credit goes to Cops on duty that they minimised loss of lives and property without using brutal force.
