No RTI Used: Journalist Secures CLU Copy of Rao Narbir Singh’s Gairatpur Resort from Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Through Credible Sources

Gustakhi Maaf Haryana – Pawan Kumar Bansal

Official copy of CLU granted for a 64-acre resort owned by Rao Narbir Singh in protected forest land at Gairatpur (Gurugram) by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority. This document has been accessed through credible sources while protecting their identity, without using the RTI route.

Tailpiece: That is why Rao Narbir Singh repeatedly raises the slogan “Jungle Safari – Jungle Safari,” as his resort falls within the proposed Jungle Safari area and he would be a major beneficiary if the Safari project is cleared. However, the Supreme Court of India has, for the time being, refused permission for the Safari project.

Highly placed sources claim that the PWD has constructed a road in the area to facilitate access to resorts of VVIPs. Additionally, there is a leopard trail in the vicinity, and several restaurants are reportedly operating illegally — a matter that calls for thorough investigation.
