Jet speed justice by Ramesh Chand ,then Civil Judge (Senior Division),Gurgram in M/S Lekh Buildtech Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of M3M Pvt Ltd Vs Haryana Sahari Vikas Pradhikran has raised eyebrows- Gurgram District Bar Association has urged Administrative/Inspecting Judge of Gurgram Session Division,Punjab and Haryana High Court for Inquiry.Nikesh Raj Yadav,President of Association told they have requested the Inspecting Judge that probe is necessary in interest of upholding the dignity of the judiciary and the rule of law.Yadav alleged that the way the proceedings of the case were conducted has raised eyebrows which amounts to a gross abuse of judicial office .Letter says “The Association is a collective body of practising advocates,committed to the welfare of legal fraternity and upholding the principles of Law,Justice and judicial transparency adding that we remain ever vigilant to ensure that the judicial process remains fair ,unbiased and accessible to all sections of society “.The letter further says “What is even more troubling is that the judgement was pronounced just three days prior to the retirement of the presiding officer raising serious and justifiable concerns regarding the intent interest and influence behind the unusually swift and expedited handling of the case “
