Country Club and Health Club sectors-56 Gurugram yet to get Environment and Forest Clearance /NOC?!
Million dollars question is what is the mystery behind not getting NOC as the firm which got it on lease from Haryana Sahari Vikas Pradhikaran is highly influential and is reportedly enjoying close association with a political VVIP of the State on whose “directions” the firm got the lease.
Our investigation has revealed sensational disclosures and it has all the ingredients of a potbelly Mumbai thriller having spices of political clout and twisting rules to favourites & choosen ones. Recall that HSVP has planned Gymkhana club in about eight acre prime land costing about Rs 800cr on the highly sought after Golf Course Extension road,Gurugram, but could not get it completed. During tenure of Manohar Lal as CM, HSVP tried to lease it but following complaints made to Anti Corruption Bureau, Gurugram deal could not be materialised .
But in a surprise move high power committee of HSVP ,chaired by CM Naib Saini who is also the chairman of HSVP, the authority has decided to lease this prime land having semi- constructed building to M/S Subash Infraengineers Pvt Ltd Gurugram for fifteen(15) years at a nominal lease money of Rs seven crores annually and lease could be extended for another fifteen years after expiry of the said lease essentially weeding out any competition for the said firm. Few months back the company had started construction but all of a sudden it was stopped.Now the company has requested to Superintendent Engineer HSVP ll, Gurugram for Environment and Forest clearance.
The letter dated 2 January 2026 copies of which has been sent to Administrator HSVP Gurugram and EO ll HSVP Gurugram which says “This has reference to our letter dated 10.06.2025 followed by another letter dated 26.06.2025 vide which we requested for providing copy of Environment and Forest Clearance/NOC for carrying out execution and excavation of development.But even after a lapse of more than six months no communication has been received from HSVP which is delaying the the start of excavation for Hotel and Basement.In addition you are also requested to provide Consent to County CLU.and Health Club sector-56 Gurugram.
You add once again requested to provide us the copy of Environment clearance.Forest Clearance and Consent to establish so that we can carry out the excavation work and execution of the site.“ Now let us see whether the same political clout can get them these clearances at lightening speed or not. This case is a textbook example of political masters pulling the strings from the top. Stay tuned…Highly placed sources told that Company is itself delaying clearance as it wants to access even more land which is lying vacant near the gymkhana club site of HSVP right adjacent to their site.
