Dr. K.K. Khandelwal Elected Chairman of Prestigious APR Strategic Transformation Sub-Committee (2025–2028)

Taiwan: In a proud moment for India and The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, Chief National Commissioner, has been elected as the Chairman of the prestigious Asia-Pacific Region (APR) Strategic Transformation Sub-Committee for the term 2025–2028.

The elections were held in Taiwan, where delegates from various countries across the Asia-Pacific region participated. Dr. Khandelwal’s election to this eminent position marks a significant recognition of India’s leadership and contribution to the global scouting movement.

Extending his warm wishes, Dr John.V.George retired Haryana DGP, congratulated Dr. Khandelwal, describing his selection as “a proud achievement for the Indian Scouting fraternity and a testament to his visionary leadership and dedication.”

Under Dr. Khandelwal’s guidance, The Bharat Scouts and Guides have made remarkable strides in youth development, leadership training, and community service. His new role is expected to further enhance India’s presence in international scouting forums and contribute meaningfully to global youth empowerment initiatives.
