Gurugram Police acts only on Court,’s orders if accused is VIP- Issue of registration of case and arrest warrants against Roshini daughter of ex Haryana CM Bhajan Lal and her husband Anoop Bishnoi in a fraud case of serious nature.

Our investigation in the case has revealed sensational disclosures and it has all ingredients of a potbelly Mumbai thriller having twisting of law by powerful people,greed and surrender of Police before politicians. About two years back complainant reported to Police with request for registration of case but shockingly case was not registered as the accused enjoyed clout in Haryana.We have to approach the Court and case was registered.

Advocate Parveen Dahiya told thst Even then despite giving to Police all the documents accused were not arrested.Again Court has to intervene and called ACP Gurgaon for status of arrest then DCP Gurgaon for same and now Commissioner Police Gurugram has been asked to execute warrants against the powerful accused.” Court give direction to sent the order to CP Gurugram and additional Chief Secretary (Home Department).

Highly placed sources told that a VVIP from Chandigarh has spoken to Gurugram Police for not arresting the accused but now intervention of Court has put Gurugram Police in catch-२२ . “.Dahiya argued in the court “Police is working in collusion with the main accused and is deliberately omitting to arrest the accused persons alleging that Police is very well aware with the place of residence of the accused who are publicly attending the election campaigns and marriage ceremonies and Police is conducting investigations in such a manner that they want to shield the accused persons and invoke less grave sections .

All has been done under conspiracy hatched between the politically motivated directions and Gurugram Police .Million dollar question is whether DGP Haryana take action against those Police officers who have not registered the case?A curious reading of newspapers will reveal that Gurugram Police has registered case only on intervention of court.
