“Although Akshaye is 5′ 9″ in height and I am 5′ 11″, he appears taller than me in the pic with his confident body language! I recall that he was a boyish 22 year old and he wanted to play cricket with the officers, when I mentioned to him that we had a cricket team! Shy and quiet he was, at that time, but he acted well and was a natural on screen, even when sharing the spotlight with a star like Madhuri Dixit!
The crowd was mainly there to catch a view of Madhuri Dixit and we had to deploy some police personnel to control them. Akshaye and I were able to have a relatively undisturbed conversation!”
