Slap on zero tolerance claim of Haryana government.Enquiry report of Embezzlement, Siphon of funds of Abhinav Co-operative Society, Sector 9, Gurugram has become shuttlecock between Anti Corruption Bureau Gurugram and Cooperative Department. No Agency/Officer is acting strongly on Inquiry Report which already submitted in May 25 by ARCS, Gurugram of corruption.

Our investigation has revealed sensational disclosures and it has all the ingredients of a potbelly Mumbai thriller. Member/Complainant Nitin Bhatia told “ On his complaint on CM window matter was enquired by Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies Gurugram and it was established diversion, embezzlement, misappropriation and manipulation of funds by Public Servant and Management Committee . AR Gurugram uploaded the report on CM window on May 25. Thereafter CM window directed ACS-Co-operation to refer the matter to Anti Corruption Bureau Gurugram. Subsequently, Matter was officially handed over to ACB, Gurugram.

Ironically, SP ACB, Gurugram remanded case back to AR Gurugram/ACS-Cooperation that your AR Gurugram office can’t send any complaint to Anti Corruption Bureau. If probe needed by ACB, then ARCS should arrange through Addl Chief Secretary- Co-operation i.e. Sh. Vijender Kumar, IAS should approach Chief Secretary-Vigilance. SP ACB Gurugram has also informed ACS-Cooperation. Now it’s 4th time matter is back into the office of ACS-Cooperation.
