CM,Naib Saini is in catch-22 situation-issue of demand of Amneet P Kumar (IAS) for suspension and arrest of persons mentioned in suicide note of Y.Puran Kumar (IPS).Since suicide was committed in Chandigarh which is not under jurisdiction of Saini ,he can’t take any action.Today CM,Saini visited the house of Puran Kumar and condoled the family.He reportedly had close door meeting with Avneet.P.Kumar during which she submitted an application to CM demanding registration of FIR,suspension and arrest of IAS and IPS officers mentioned in suicide note of Y.Puran Kumar.Besides she has demanded life long security to the family since powerful high ranking officials are involved in the case .Besides she had stated in the representation that Puran Kumar was not only an exceptional officer but also a prominent representative of the Scheduled castes community adding that his tragic death has caused deep sorrow and outrage particularly among scheduled caste community,whose faith in equality and justice has been gravely shaken.She has represented to CM that despite lapse of more than 48 hours no action has been taken by Chandigarh police.Till today even FIR has not been registered despite there being cognizable offence being disclosed in the complaint and suicide note.She has alleged that Haryana officers are influencing the Chandigarh Police.
