CBI probe is must to find if suicide of Haryana cadre IPS Y.Puran Kumar has any link with case registered against his gunman at Rohtak for demanding bribe from liquor contractor in name of boss(Puran Kumar)

Is suicide by Haryana cadre IPS officer Y.Puran Kumar at Chandigarh has any connection with case registered against his gunman Sushil while he was IG,Rohtak for demanding bribe from a liquor contractor in his name (Y.Puran Kumar)?This million dollar question is being asked in political,media and official circles-Only CBI probe can reveal the truth as Amneet.P.Kumar I.A.S wife of Y.P.Kumar has alleged that her husband was framed in the case at the instance of DGP,Shatrjeet Kapur and Rohtak .S.P.Narendra Bijarniya.Our investigation has revealed startling revelations and it has all the ingredients of potbelly Mumbai thriller having spices of caste,alleged corruption or campaign against the corruption.Recall that Puran Kumar has shot himself in his residence at Chandigarh.He has reportedly left a note in which he has mentioned the names of half a dozen senior serving and retired IAS and IPS officers of Haryana who are responsible for his suicide.What is the case at Rohtak.According to FIR registered at Rohtak under sections 308(3) of BNS,2023 registered against Sushil Kumar posted at IG,Rohtak office “ complainant is liquor contractor and has been receiving extortion threats over phone and he is provided security by Rohtak Police.In month of June one Sushil Kumar claiming to be close to then Rohtak IGP,Y Puran Kumar contacted him and summoned him in IGP’s office and demanded monthly payment in the name of IGP.I was threatened of implication in liquor smuggling case if I did not comply.”He recorded the conversation.”Sushil Kumar was arrested and produced in court as in judicial custody.During interrogation Sushil is reported to have told that he was acting on behalf of his boss.After this Puran Kumar committed suicide in Chandigarh.Madam P.Kumar was abroad with Haryana CM,Naib Saini as part of a delegation.The incident has divided IAS and IPS officers on caste lines and has taken political turn with Congress MP,Varun Choudhary and a former minister Geeta Bhukal alleging that Scheduled caste officers are being harassed by officers in high positions.After return from abroad Amneet P.Kumar reportedly discussed the matter with CM,Naib Saini.She lodged complaint to SHO Police Station 11 Chandigarh requesting for registration of FIR against DGP,Kapur and Rohtak S.P,Narendra Birjaniya under section 108 BNS and other relevant provisions of SC &ST ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act regarding the tragic death of Y.Puran Kumar and immediate arrest of the accused persons as per the suicide note recovered from peon of Puran Kumar.Chandigarh police is yet to take any action on the complaint.
