Amneet P Kumar IAS wife of IPS Y.Puran Kumar to Chief Secretary Haryana on 25 May ,2021- Intimidation and threatening by senior -most IAS officers- fear of threat to life ,damage to professional career.Amneet P Kumar wrote to CS”On Thursday ie 20th May 2021 she attended a VC held under Chairperson of Honble PM regarding “Crona Pandemic”and then ACS Home and Health Rajeev Arora ,sent a Whatsup message and then personally asked me to attend a meeting in office of the Chief Secretary right after the PM,VC meeting.As directed by ACS she reached the office chamber of Chief Secretary Haryana Sh Vijay Vardhan and I was informed that my husband Puran Kumar has sought registration of FIR against DGP Haryana and was told by ACS Home and Chief Secretary that they are her “ well wishers “and advised me to “cool down “ my husband or else “ Nuksan ho jayega “.She further wrote “Sir,since the day of above mentioned “ meeting “,Your words “Nuksaan ho Jayega “ have been reverberating in my years and this is unethical act of calling an officer,s spouse and threatening her of “ dire consequences “.In light of this “unethical threat “ and “ intimidation “ she was apprehensive that there was threat to her life and even her professional career.

She was not aware what “ plans” my senior officers have in order to execute this threat,but she was convinced that,they hold great power and can definitely cause harm/ danger to her life and professional career.She add” If she suffer any loss of life ,limb or threat to her professional career,all senior officers who threatened and intimidated her and those who will willingly/ knowingly participate in this attempt to harass and threaten her should be held squarely responsible for the same “.Copy of above Letter was sent to DOPT ,Govt of India.
