“Destiny has a great sense of humor,” as how a chaiwala like Narendra Modi rose to the PM s chair, while a lifelong Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh karyakarta like Manohar Lal Khattar climbed steadily to the corridors of power.

Khattar, in tongue-in-cheek telling, is destiny’s “model student”—two terms as Haryana CM, now a Union Minister, and reportedly was even doing warm-up stretches for the BJP president’s chair. “From pracharak to power player—CV mein consistency toh dekhiye!”

But the dream didn’t stop there. Fast-forward one year, imagine Delhi’s political wind changing direction. With murmurs (and maybe a few WhatsApp forwards) about challenges facing Modi, speculation begins over “Agla PM Kaun?”

Names like Amit Shah and Yogi Adityanath float around, but in this satirical script their strong personalities become a “problem”—after all, too much strength might spoil the high command and Modi,s recipe.

And then comes the twist: My dream suggests that Modi, ever the strategist, might prefer not a roaring lion but a dependable team player. Enter Khattar again—steady, loyal, and, in this imaginary casting call, the “safe pair of hands” for the top job.
