Heartiest congratulations to all the brothers, sisters and daughters who have cleared the UPSC exam. One believes that you were selected on merit as UPSC till now is not HPSC.

I am repeating my appeal to newly selected IAS and IPS officers which I gave during their foundation course at Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurugram:

“Discharge your duty without any discrimination on caste, creed and religion. Your only commitment should be to the rule of law. You will get enough opportunities of bribe but ignore.”
