Election of Sarswati Kunj Cooperative House Building Society,Gurugram soon-Land and property mafia was delaying the election

Hope for election of managing Committee of Sarswati Kunj Cooperative House building Society, Gurugram – Register Cooperative Societies,Haryana asks Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies,Gurugram to report whether they are ready for conducting elections.
Following representation by NK, Bhutani member of the society,RCSasked ARCS, Gurgaon to explore the possibility of conduct of election.
Recall that election schedule was announced for 12 th February,2023 but one day prior to election then AR,Cooperative Societies Gurugram all of a sudden has postponed the election citing an order of Registrar Cooperative Societies Haryana.
Although election schedule once announced can’t be postponed and even if there is any complaint then petition is remedy after the election. Now on a petition CWP 23768/2024 where Mr Bhutani is respondent .RCS has to reply on the issue of conducting of election in Punjab and Haryana High Court on 19 th May ,2025.
Section 28 of Haryana Cooperative Act 84 clearly says “The election process once started shall not be postponed and disputes, if any, pertaining to the election, shall be entertained after the completion of the election process, in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
Explanation. – The election process shall be deemed to have started from the date of the order of the Registrar fixing the date of election.

Land mafia is delaying the elections.
